To book a study online, select the service you are interested in on our website, click the “Make an appointment,” and then follow the booking instructions. Choose a convenient date and fill in the required data. After confirming your reservation, you will receive an email confirming your appointment.

Yes, the appointment can be changed or canceled. There is a link to cancel the appointment in the appointment confirmation email.

We offer a phone consultation option for selected services, such as pediatric advice or psychological consultation. All you need to do is select the “Phone consultation” option when booking. After booking, you will receive a link to a video call or a phone number to contact our specialist.

Phone consultation takes place via a secure video call platform or by phone. During the consultation, the doctor will take a detailed history and, if necessary, issue a prescription, referral for tests or recommendations for further treatment.

Most tests in Medirooms do not require a referral. If in doubt, you can consult with our specialist before booking.
